North Bend Downtown Suite is a private attached mother in law suite with a hot tub in downtown North Bend. It has a separate entrance and the front and back yards are separated by a fence. Private deck with spa and BBQ are right out the back door. Small space washer and dryer is available in out building. It is located in the heart of downtown. You can walk 1-3 blocks to all reach most of downtown restaurants and shopping. We have provided all the amenities of a house in a mother in law suite--just on a smaller scale. For example, we have a fully functioning oven and stove top that is 75% the of a full size oven. The refrigerator is 1/4 of a full but has a freezer with ice. The washer and drier are side by side, but the drier is 1/2 load size. Sleeps a maximum of 4 (one queen and one twin airbed).

We price the suite significantly below hotels in the area while far exceeding the guest experience of a hotel.

The booking cancellation policy is: 100% refund up to 3pm Pacific Time 5 days prior to arrival. 50% refund of basic rate up to 3pm Pacific Time 1 day prior to arrival. 0% refund of basic rate after 3pm Pacific Time 1 day prior to arrival. Cleaning and pet fees are fully refundable always.
